For business clients within the EU, VAT reverse-charge rules may apply.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a service before work has started or 24 hours before an online lesson without any charge.

If work has already begun, you may be billed proportionally for the completed portion.

Digital services are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period once performance has begun with your consent (in accordance with Article 135 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act).

8. Limitation of Liability

MOPS-9 takes reasonable care to ensure accuracy and quality in all services but does not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or continuously available.

MOPS-9 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or any delays, errors, or omissions in the services provided.
